While the previous reviewer is correct that these are made of some fairly firm plastic, they can produce quite a bit of suction if you collapse the bulb fully before placement, and then squeeze in the opposite edge of the collapsed area to make them fully inflate. Once in place they produce a wonderfully "tight" feeling that isn't as painful as nipple clamps, but creates a growing sense of stimulation. Once they come off you get the wonderful effect of nipples that are two to three times their original size and super sensitive too boot!

My partner was used to nipple clamps and had asked me to get some, so I ordered a pair of the traditional style, and threw these in just to give them a try - and we don't even bother with the old style any more. I even reordered a second set of these so that I can apply one to her clit during play - the suction pump effect works well there too! A great way to introduce the idea of pussy pumping without the scary hardware :-)
